From Pesetas to Euro

Not quite true.
Not that it means anything to Leonard who will walk in may, but Leonie Galil wrote that 197 walked in January last year, and if anyone one the list plans to walk in January and/or February this year they can still use the Pesetas besides the Euro.

The last chances of using the old currencies are:
Holland: the 28th of January
Ireland: the 9th of February
France: the 17th of february
and all the rest - including Spain - the 28th of February

The UK, Sweden  and Denmark will continue to use their traditional currencies.

So, Leonard, you won't have any problems using the Euro. It will be your only option in Spain in May.
