Denis,
From O Cebreiro to Santiago the route goes through some of the loveliest
parts of Spain. From O Cebreiro the route follows via Triacastela, Samos,
Barbadelo, Portomarin, Palas de Rei, Arzua, Santiago (I've skipped a number
of villages and towns, but this gives you the idea of the route)...
The best part of the camino is the three days from Santiago to
Finisterre. It is gorgeous countryside, the route is well marked and easily
done, not too many people. I highly recommend it!
        Daniel
ps: the Confraternity of Saint James (on the web as www.csj.org.uk has a
wonderful little guidebook called the Pilgrim Guide to Spain, Camino
Frances, that I used and found very helpful).
