Spiritual aspects of the Walk

You might also want to read Jean Bolen's book, "Crossing to Avalon."
Although not about the Camino de Santiago, hers was a relevant spiritual
pilgrimage experience, especially from a woman's point of view and  very
similar to my own (wf fiftyish).
