Do not expect too much.
In this sense you have to adopt.
Toilets etc in bars are normally very very clean, but the passing of so many
pilgrims is a problem to the few sanitary facilities on the Camino.
It will not always what you want, but it’s a new experience !
Enjoy also that part of the Camino
