Hi Carolyn,

Congratulations on your graduation! No, you should not
have to worry about having thuings stolen from your
pack. Keep your money with you at all times, in a
money belt. I efven took mine in the shower and hung
it up or kept in on the floor near me, so what I left
behind in my pack was of no value to anyone. Yes, I
had my tape recorder in there, but pilgrims aren't
much interested in other pilgrims' backpacks.
