Passports in Le Puy

There is a pilgrim office up the hill by the Cathedral where one can obtain
a passport or have one stamped.  The route to the pilgrim office is not too
well marked in the center of town, but ask at the Tourist Office or the
Mairie and you will be directed there.  Helpful staff, and walking up the
hill to the office is a chance to see the cathedral, its wonderful cloister,
and a little of the the fascinating city.
