Travelers Cheques

Cash en route...

What is the best plan?  I am taking a debit card with the visa logo,
which was the easist thing on my last trips to Europe.  but walking a
trail?  Cash, travelers cheques, what?  Amounts, etc.?

Advice appreciate!


Thanks to those who responded to my last email about faith and the
pilgrimage -- a question which stems from my own understanding of how I
am on pilgrimage, and why walking the Compostela has become an
important part of that.
