If you have a credit card or a cash card, use any ATM that has the symbol
like Mastercard or Visa on the front.  Your card will give you pesetas and
charge the best exchange rate in dollars to your account.  Only bring a small
amount of dollars, say $100 or so with you. There are ATM machines in
virtually every town or city that has a bank or business district.  Also the
airports and other places  have ATM's.
