The Holy Grail

Help??   Due to the fact that I'm moving to Canada and will not be reconnected
for at least 10 days, I've tried to "unsubscribe" from the list.  I've tried
at least 5 different ways (!) but my messages are all returned with
explanations as to why my message cannot be accepted, processed, read or understood.

There must be a trick I haven't learned. Does anyone know how to do this?
