There is also a wonderful homeopathic remedy from New Zealand called No Jet
Lag. It is available at most health food stores, I believe here in the
states.
You take one pill before getting on board and one every two hours in flight
(unless you are asleep) and one when you get off. The amount of jeg lag is
significantly reduced, testimony by my physician brother who uses it often on
flights as long as to Bali, Morocco, and India.
