As a new member from Western North Carolina I assume the 500 miles is the one way distance from Roncesvalles to Santiago de Compostela. After arrival I furthur assume that most of the Pilgrims take public transportation for the return trip. Is this correct? If so what would be the most common mode of travel back to Roncesvalles?
