From Irun it is basically just cross a bridge to get to the French
railwaystation Hendaye and a train to Bayonne. You can find information
about the timetables from the French Railways homepage ( www.sncf.com
<http://www.sncf.com> ). I walked to Hendaye from the San Sebastian
airport, which is actually closer to Irun, so I am not sure if it is
possible to change the train in the same station or take a direct train from
Irun to Bayonne. SNCF probably has information about that, too.

Buen Camiño!

Aihe: getting to the start

We're flying to Bilbao on 21 May 200. Any ideas on the best way to St.Jean
Pied De Port? I've got as far as Donostia by Euskotren and then to Irun by
RENFE. Will this line continue to Bayonne or somewhere where we can approach
from the French side?
