Women on The Camino

Carolyn,

I initially had the same fears but the Camino is the safest thing in the
world.  I never felt any fear.  Plus,  you always see other pilgrims ahead
of you, so the sense of being completely alone is never really an issue.

Tell your mother that you will be meeting tons of people and probably will
never be alone.
