Total expenses of Camino...

Hi everyone,
    I'm just trying to come up with a rough estimate of how much money I
will need for the Camino.  I'm planning to start in St. Jean.  I'm just
wondering how much people spent in total over the month/six weeks.  If you
would be willing to share that info with me I would be grateful.  I really
have no idea how much the hostels/refugios and food will cost over this sort
of time period.   Being a student I have to budget for these sorts of
things.
