siesta...

Hi everyone,
    I have not read anything so far about siesta.  Do they practice Siesta
along the Camino?  I am just curious because I know that I have encountered
problems in France, where things were shut down for hours.  If they do
practice Siesta... at what time generally is it?  I think I would probably
plan my walking around that time frame!?
