want companionship on the journey

I've been thinking about walking the whole pilgrimage (and other pilgrimages in other countries) sometime this summer---mid-august to mid sept  or late august  to late september, but family members who I wish to go with can't right now----would any small group, i.e. women, men and women, want to join me versus doing it alone for the first time?
I feel it would be exciting if a handful could share the journey--meet somewhere for the beginning, each take care of their expenses, etc., but join for the walk.
