A long pondering path

Dear Gabrielle,
Somebody wrote in the fourth century (St. Augustine?)  that "whoever is
looking for God has already found Him".  That makes a great deal of logical
sense to me.
Those of us who are blessed with Faith and have never doubted are very
fortunate, indeed; but we also will never know the wonders and transcendency
of the self in the journey to Faith.   What a voyage of  self-analysis and
discovery that must be!
