liturgies and prayer on camino

Being Protestant......... shouldn't matter. According to current Roman
Catholic practice you are/should be entitled to receive Eucharistic
hospitality when, as a Christian in good standing with your own Church, you
are unable to partake in your own Church and demonstrate, presumably by
presenting yourself for communion the documents are unclear on this point, a
shared common faith/belief in the Eucharist so there should not be a problem
on the Camino. I admit I am writing this from the point of view of a
progressive Catholic in the UK but it is what the documents say. E.g. Tony
Blair, our prime minister and a Protestant can happily receive communion in
a Catholic Church in Tuscany when on holiday with his wife and children
because there are no Anglican Churches there (but he can't when at home
because the are lots of Anglican Churches in England)

Hope this helps
