In the WG14 meeting last week, all the CFP papers (N3646, N3647, N3648) were incorporated into C2Y.</div>

In addition, issue 1014 was accepted as a change to any future version of TS 18661-4. WG14 was also open to the idea of bringing the TS into C2Y if we had implementation experience, at which point the issue resolution would apply to C2Y instead of a new revision
of the TS.</div>
