The votes went in favor of implementation defined as we suggested, but it was not a strong enough majority. One request made was to not have hex input at all (Jens), another single suggestion was to only have hex input allowed in the base standard if the implementation also conforms to Annex H. Another opinion seemed to want it to be mandatory for all implementations.</li></ul><br class="Apple-interchange-newline"></div></blockquote></div><br></div></div></div></blockquote></div><br></div></div></body></html>
