First, the text to be replaced includes an anchor for footnote 342, which should be 359. I will make an editorial change to fix this. The other problem is that the replacement text does not include an anchor for that footnote (nor does it delete the footnote). I suggest we place the anchor at the end of paragraph #3 in the replacement text.
