We had intended to return to the issue when we talked about Part 3, but neglected to do so.<br><br>In fact, the changes Parts 2 and 3 make to Annex F are rather small and do not, I think, significantly complicate it. <br><br>Part 2 adds qualifications about the binding for decimal floating-point after the binding table in F.3#9. It also adds some advice in F.9.2 about optimizing decimal floating-point. It also adds interfaces for the total order and payload functions that support the types added in Part 2.
