[cfp-interest 3943] working on email problems

I am working on getting SPF and DKIM working again on email, including to
cfp-interest.    gmail, and perhaps other destinations,
don't accept email without at least one or the other.

If you get this message, please let me know.
If it was in spam, mention that.
If you know how to examine the headers to see if it passed SPF or DKIM,
please le me know that too.
