The Wiki allows you to have multiple versions of a file. Not that I have 
any idea how to retrieve older versions nor have I ever wanted to use such 
a feature.

Anyway, I will note that the web-server behind the CFP-Wiki starts to slow 
down (to a crawl?) when you upload the 6th, 7th versions and definitely 
the 8th update to a given file.

It is a function of the underlying software on which the Wiki is built and 
I have no control over it.

The best solution is to tweak the name of it, which is easy if it has the 
date in the original file name.
