Here is a draft of the proposal titled “Annex F floating-point environment updates” that incorporates the changes from the CFP meeting this week (2026-01-07):

The only changes to the draft are the use of “with” instead of a comma in referring to rounding directions, e.g. “to nearest with ties to even” instead of “to nearest, ties to even”. Please review it and email any comments to the cfp-interest reflector by end of Monday (2026-01-12).
