       Hi,

in n2912.pdf, the first table was labeled "Operation binding"
while the second one (with math. functions) had no label.

At some time between N2912 and N3220 the caption "Operation binding"
was changed to "Table F.2: Operation binding".

Indeed it would be clearer if the second table had a caption too.
