It needs more work but it importantly contains

a)	two tables, both action item deliverables from last meeting, and

b)	F.2.2 updates - clearer wording about quiet and signaling NaNs
 	- including wording exploited by ANnex F Special Cases

c)	F.3 and F.10.1 corrections to issues mentioned in prior emails.
 	- including wording exploited by ANnex F Special Cases

d)	At least one major typo correction in F.10.1 introduced after C23
 	- Table F.2 confused with Table F.3
