Sorry, I did not cross check with C23. Do we have access to the real C23?

Oops.

F.3#20 already says that Table F.3 does not need to be correctly rounded. 
I will adjust the text in F.10.1#16.  The question is whether F.10.1#16 
belongs in F.3. We can address that tomorrow if we get time.
