The concept of total ordering (for non-floating types) is mentioned but 
not define defined in the glossary, the main body (as far as I can tell), 
or the index.

Likewise, the ISO/IEC 60559 definition of "total order" for floating point 
types.

Not an Annex F issue but probably should be addressed sometime.
