That word "ironic" is not an adjective I like. Trying to exclude something 
by including something else sounds very bad to me.

In the current C2Y, there is just one (1) domain in pow()

 	[for] all x not a signaling NaN

which I had changed to the new style and a three (3) domains

 	[if] x is not a signaling NaN

These are (and have remained untouched) in frexp, nextup and nextdown.

I will post a variant with the latter which gives us 50% more consistency 
that before. I can easily change it back if people do not like it.
