The first is a discussion of the changes needed to use "rounding direction 
mode" across the board instead of the older term "rounding mode". As this
term occurs a few times in Annex F, it has been discussion here in detail.

The rest are changes to F.2.2, F.3, F.10.1 and Special Cases respectively, 
most of which stem from the discussion paper except for the little things
like grammar and the like.

This last one uses a very concise domain description like

         0 < x < OO

where OO is a symbol for infinity.

I will uploiad a variant of that document with that domain described like

         finite x > 0

next week.
