[cfp-interest 3644] SNAN* in math.h

gcc/glibc still have the SNAN* macros in math.h
as well as the *SNAN macros in float.h

WG14 / N2476 is the document that moved and renamed them.

Should we have a new document (or an update to an existing document)
saying that the SNAN* forms are gone?
