Where is the definition?

Is it just those in <math.h> and <tgmath.h>?

Specifically, to what functions does F.10.1#12 apply.

 	As implied by F.8.7, library functions do not raise spurious
 	"invalid", "overflow", or "divide-by-zero" floating-point
 	exceptions (detectable by the user).

This is the section referring to functions in <math.h> and <tgmath.h>.
