I have updated the first and last to reflect the meeting from earlier in
the week.  In particular, in the last of these, see:

a)      atan2() and atan2pi() NOTEs to replace footnotes.

b)      frexp (F.10.4.7#2) changes in the style of Annex F (not Section 7)

c)      hypot(NaN, NaN) inseted as recommended by the meeting.

d)      canonicalize() to reflect email recommendations.

Please validate pow() and its related functions.

Please double check that what hypot() now says is correct because that 
will save time discussing a postponed item from the last meeting.
