[cfp-interest 3490] hypot(x, NAN) in Annex F

F.10.1#14 says ... Functions with a NaN argument return a NaN result
and raise no floating-point exception, except where explicitly stated
otherwise.
The case of the 4th line item of F.10.5.4#1 says
hypot(x, NaN) if x is not +/- OO
where OO is my poor attempt at an infinity and +/- is likewise "+ or -".
This returns NaN without an exception. As per F.10.1#17, this is normative
so should this not be dropped as being redundant based on F.10.1#14?
Thanks - Damian
