The syntax of special case descriptions in Annex F is often inconsistent. 
Punctuation, different explanatory words for the same thing in different 
places, etc. This is an attempt at tidy up.

I have left all related cases in the document at the moment to allow easy 
comparison between similar cases which should read the same way. This 
means you will not have to continuousy refer to the N3550.pdf draft. Feel 
free to disagree with what I have written.

Obviously, for cases where no words have changed, they will disappear from 
any list of submitted changes. But for now, the document is for discussion 
purposes only.
