Items of particular interest to CFP:
  N3581 was not discussed, as well as other papers that were not on the agenda from CFP.
For the ones on the agenda, here is the summary:

Issues:
  1014: N3610: Floating-point TS 18661 (C23 version, 2025) issue log, r1
  Ballman: We should put something on the website on the resolutions for these.
  Straw poll: Resolve N3610 issue 1014 as proposed?
    1+13/0+0/2+9 = 14/0/11
    Resolve N3610 issue 1014 as proposed.
    No conclusion on what to do with the resolutions for these issues yet.

Papers:
N3535: frexp and double-double (updates N3357)
  Banham: Don't we mandate IEEE?
  Rajan: No. The C model abstracts this that works for IEEE and others. Annex F covers IEEE.
  Result: Put N3535 into C2Y.

N3536: Clarify wording for 7.3.9.5 - cproj
  Philipp: Riemann sphere still holds, so not incorrect.
  Result: Put N3536 into C2Y.

N3537: Correct and clarify 7.3.1 Introduction of Complex arithmetic
  No discussion.
  Result: Put N3536 into C2Y.

N3500: Clarification for complex suffix specification
  No discussion.
  Result: Put N3500 into C2Y.

N3560: Improved language for powr(x,y) with x < 0
  Same as issue 1101.
  Result: Approved via issues.

N3598: Make text consistent between creal & cimag
  No discussion.
  Result: Put N3598 into C2Y.
