Should the fact that with rounding to nearest (ties to even),

 	((double) ((float) M_PI)) > M_PI

ever be noted (given that the LIA is quoted as a reference) because that 
may cause problems with people expecting the qualified range to hold for 
functions such as atan2(), i.e. these two standards disagree on the range.
