Given the mathematics, I think the domain in the draft is wrong and should 
have read 'finite non-zero x'

As the special case in

a) the 6th bullet point says 'finite non-zero x x', it is not out of
    the realm of possibility that the domain in that 5th point is a typo

b) an earlier bullet point has a domain 0 + I * INFINITY overlaps, which
    it must not, then this 'positive finite x' is highly questionable
