Problem: Definitions of *_DECIMAL_DIG, DECIMAL_DIG, and type_DIG not mention which rounding modes.
Discussion: IEEE-754 requires round-to-nearest for *DECIMAL_DIG cases, but is silent on type_DIG cases.
Correction: Add "round to nearest" to *DECIMAL_DIG and type_DIG.
