This regards action item:

Changes to TS-4, N3180 vs N3163
Minor editorial changes.
Removal of type-generic macros (for augmented arithmetic).
Separate headers, <reduc.h> and <augarith.h>, for reduction functions and augmented arithmetic functions. No changes to standard headers.
Future directions subclause (5.4) with potentially reserved prefixes and suffixes.
Prefix for augmented arithmetic functions changed from “aug” to “aug_”, e.g. aug_add().
Reference included for how to implement the special rounding mode for augmented arithmetic using default IEC 60559 rounding.
Expanded bibliography.

Changes to TS-4, N3181 vs N3164
Minor editorial changes.
Constraints introduced to avoid undefined behavior.
Expanded bibliography.
