In F.2.2#3, 2nd sentence, it says

This annex uses the term NaN, unless explicitly qualified, to denote quiet 
NaNs.

I propose to make this sentences agree with the matching one in G.4.1.

They are supposed to mean the same thing.

In F.2.2#3, 3rd sentence, it says

Where specification of signaling NaNs is not provided, the behavior of 
signaling NaNs is implementation-defined (either treated as an ISO/IEC 
60559 quiet NaN or treated as an ISO/IEC 60559 signaling NaN

Shouldn't this read

 	.. the behavior of signaling NaNs .... in this annex ... is
 	implementation-defined.
