The macro HUGE_VAL and its float and long double analogs, HUGE_VALF
and HUGE_VALL, expand to expressions whose values are positive infinities.

Firstly

* This wording is wrong for the case where infinities are not available.

* This clause also needs tweaking to be compliant with CFP 3135.

But importantly.

These macros are already defined very clearly and succinctly in 7.12.1#5.
Why duplicate it?

These macros are never mentioned anywhere in Annex F. So, why even have 
this paragraph?  What is the need for it?

Seems superfluous to me - Damian
