atan2(), atan(), atanh(), tan(), tanpi(), comes to mind immediately.  It 
talks about bing too close to zero but it means subnormal.

I think there are issues with sin(), sinpi(), asin(), sinh(), asinh() but 
that might be INEXACT rather than underflow or overflow.
