This is summation of dot products of corresponding array members from
p and q but wording states it computes dot product which means its a
dot product of all p and q members.

I would normally not say more. But, if one person is confused by the
wording, maybe others will be. Mind you, as I said, I think that Shiv
does not quite understand what a dot product is. So maybe just lesve it.
