[Cfp-interest 2922] JTC1/SC22/WG14 meeting day 2 summary

Hello,

Here is a summary of the second day of the WG14 meeting as it pertains to CFP:

WG14 is OK with us working on the part 4 header updates as per the action item from yesterday. We should be able to meet the schedule for publication still, and there is a 9 month extension we can request if timing becomes an issue.
