It would be interesting to show/see in the tables which single precision 
routines are coded internally with either some double precision arithmetic 
and/or use a double precision kernel.

Whether that serves your aims is another thing. And I agree, it is a lot 
more effort. But it is insightfull, especially for an audiences such as 
those who do not have the luxury of double precision such as some signal 
processing chips, those with other (often self-imposed) limitations, or 
those who use such code as a learning/teaching tool.
