The time changes are absurd.  They only have an effect for three weeks
(after which the time of dawn or dusk is the same as before the change) and
they cost a huge amount of money.

Yes, you are correct! I copy and pasted the wrong time. Did I ever mention I
hate hour changes?

 

The correct time is 4pm UTC.

Probably.

         11am New York time = 4pm London time

at this time of year. I do not think we moved the meeting forward. Or if 
we did, I missed that bit.
