[Cfp-interest 2456] The CORE-MATH Project

       Dear all,

all single precision C99 functions are now available in CORE-MATH,
with correct rounding, and are ready for inclusion into current
mathematical libraries:

   https://core-math.gitlabpages.inria.fr/

These functions provide similar or in some cases up to threefold speedups
with respect to the GNU libc, which is not correctly rounded.

These functions can be provided either through the cr_xxx functions from N2912,
or directly through the mathematical functions from Annex F, which is what the
LLVM-libc library is aiming to:
