Yes, Google Chrome removed <stdlib.h> there, but not elsewhere.
Perhaps they are coded differently in the raw html.  It should be:
<stdlib.h>

Note:  in 7.22.1 change, there is one use of "FP" that should be spelled out:
"floating point"  or "floating-point".
